By accessing and using the Property Clarity platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. Property Clarity is a diagnostic advisor platform designed to help landlords and letting agents prevent deposit disputes and inspection failures through transparent problem identification and actionable compliance solutions. The Service provides diagnostic guidance, inspection checklists, compliance reasoning guides, and case documentation to support property management decisions.

The Service is intended for use by property owners, landlords, letting agents, and property managers in Egypt and other jurisdictions where applicable. All guidance provided is informational and advisory in nature.

All content, materials, and functionality on the Service—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, diagnostic checklists, compliance guides, case documentation, and software—are the exclusive property of Property Clarity or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or publicly display any portion of the Service without prior written consent from Property Clarity. Downloadable materials provided by Property Clarity may be used solely for your internal business purposes as a landlord or letting agent.

6. User-Generated Content

If you submit, upload, or contribute any content to the Service (including property photos, inspection notes, or case information), you retain ownership of that content but grant Property Clarity a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit and that such content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Property Clarity disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Property Clarity does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While Property Clarity strives to provide accurate and helpful guidance, the Service is advisory in nature and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. You should consult with qualified professionals—including lawyers, accountants, and property compliance specialists—before making decisions based on information obtained through the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Property Clarity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, even if Property Clarity has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, Property Clarity's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. If you have paid fees for the Service, Property Clarity's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Alexandria, Egypt. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.
